I wish everyone in the universe could meet this gem of a human right here. Hannah has the biggest heart, is so generous and kind, and truly is all around a great person to spend time with. I feel so lucky to have spent so much time with her. From photographing her elopement in Colorado, to her reception celebration in Oklahoma City, and now her Oklahoma headshots and branding photos for her own small business!
Hannah provides sustainable productivity strategy for purpose-driven service providers and entrepreneurs.
After many travels and pivots and plan changes, she relocated to central Oklahoma. Forever the creative, she now works as your friendly neighborhood productivity strategist and burnout expert. Her instagram and blog are filled with so much good information for entrepreneurs.
I personally devour every word on the topic of burnout especially, as that is near to my heart. Burnout is one of the reasons I took a break in my own photography business. And the advice she generously provides on how to avoid future burnout is so helpful and insightful.
Here’s a small excerpt about burnout from her blog:
“The way we typically think about productivity ignores our natural rhythms and energy cycles, which impacts our capacity. It’s easy to understand this on the surface, but it’s much harder to dig deep to redefine productivity, determine your unique capacity, and adjust our expectations accordingly.
To create sustainable systems that support our well-being, we must challenge traditional ideas of productivity and work-life balance. Society often puts pressure on us to do things a certain way, and that can make us feel burnt out, overwhelmed, and disconnected. By finding new ways to be productive that work for us personally, we can break free from these pressures and create systems that suit our individual needs and goals. Trying different methods that focus on self-care, exploring new things, and being creative can lead to more satisfaction, motivation, and long-term success.”
Oklahoma headshots in a home office
For Hannah’s Oklahoma headshots and branding photos, she chose her home office as the setting. It was perfect for her photos. A hand-painted mural covers one full wall of her office. As well as a gathering of hand-lettered signage, knickknacks and books fill the space. As well as her sweet pups were free to come and go and make appearances in her headshots. (Just peek at those puppy legs in the photo below!)
Her office is in one corner of her home, where ample natural light fills the room from north and east-facing windows. Capturing portraits in a home office also allows for ease of outfit changes, bringing in meaningful items, and feeling just naturally at home. We also took a small detour for portraits around her property in places most meaningful and inspiring.

Thank you, Hannah for inviting me to your sweet home for your Oklahoma headshots and branding photos.
